HOW TO ORDER FURNITURE

I work with plywood, and this medium sets a certain limitations on the models I can make. The main rule: it should be possible to divide a piece of furniture to a set of flat details. I can't make freeform 3D shapes or intricate convex carvings. To understand what I can make please see my portfolio.
You can always send me a reference picture and ask if it's possible to make a piece of furniture with this technology or not.
The prices vary greatly depending on many factors (design complexity, amount of plywood used, fabric quality, painting job, etc.) and it's hard to set the price range. Please provide the reference picture, so I could define the price of a certain item.

If you order a chair or a sofa for a certain doll please measure the spacing from the floor to the thigh of a sitting doll, like it's shown on the picture. You can use a set of books or boxes as a seat.

Or you can just specify the doll's height and let me decide what seat height would suit best.
I work mostly in 1/3 scale (for doll's height of 60-75 cm high), and I have a certain experience of what would suit them, especially if you have several dolls in different heights and the piece of furniture should accomodate them all.

Sometimes people ask me to make furniture for dolls smaller than 1/3, like 1/4 - BJD MSDs, Tonners, Sybarites, etc. I should warn you that the prices for a smaller furniture aren't much cheaper than for 1/3, especially in case of a complex and intricate design. If you're not ready to spend that much money on a piece of furniture please pay your attention to a factory-made furniture of a suitable size, as the market of furniture in 1/4 scale is much bigger than in 1/3.
