I use registered airmail for shipping of all orders by default and EMS for bigger dolls like 45 cm and up.
The cost of shipping is shown for a single item, which includes the cost of the packaging.
Fragile items like dolls and doll heads are packed into two boxes with a layer of paper stuffed in between, so if the outer box is damaged, the inner box is intact in most cases.
Large custom items that may be damaged during transit are also packed into the boxes that I make out of styrofoam sheets, and each furniture piece is shipped in a box made precisely to fit it in.
So, it's very hard to calculate the cost of shipping for several items, depending on either weight, volume or order cost. After I receive your order I calculate the shipping cost individually for each parcel and send the payment link to you. In most cases, when you order several items at once, you save a lot on shipping.
Usually the items in stock are shipped within 5 business days.
Preordered items may take several months to complete, shipping terms are stated in corresponding listings.
I can provide EMS shipping on request. Shipping cost greatly varies depending on your location. If you want me to ship your order by EMS please notify me in Order comments: these will be shown to you along with Payment methods selection.
My items are handmade, so they may have tiny imperfections here and there. Though, they're not only collectible items, but I try my best to make them playable if treated properly. I've been using the items I made by myself in numerous photoshoots, dioramas and exhibitions for years.
I don't offer returns for the quality items. Please consider your purchases carefully.
If the items have significant flaws, please contact me, so we can discuss the issue.
I'm not responsible for any custom fees or taxes that may apply to the international orders. Please research your country regulations on imported packages and keep yourself updated. Paying incoming taxes and fees is your responsibility.
You can ask me to mark the parcel for a lower value than its actual value, so you won't need to pay incoming taxes at customs. Please consider that shipping insurance is not applicable in that case, so do it at your own risk.
